How do I cancel an order on JungleCase?
All our products have a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Items purchased within 7 days can be returned for a refund.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Requirements for Returns:
- Must include a valid original purchase order number from JungleCase.com. Purchases made outside of JungleCase.com must contact respective seller for returns.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- we can't refund or exchange you used promo code or Sale Items
- Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum 300 INR/item restocking fees. (IF PRODUCT UNDER 1000 INR). Above 1000 INR minimum 600 INR/item for Restocking Fees. (Because Product is costly & High Quality Compare to other products)
- Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
- Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
- In case you receive a Broken Product, then kindly e-mail email@example.com us the Images/Video of the Broken Product you have received and the Image of your invoice bill within 24 Hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to provide Exchange/Replacement for the Broken Product.
- We accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong item.

* Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle with in 7 days (SELF COURIER). Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
If you want to return the product, we will charge you Rs. 300 shipping cost and refund you the rest of the money.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or your bank account, within 15 business days.
- We do not offer refunds, if the product is in perfect condition without any damage. Still if you want to refund, there is cancellation fee of INR 1000 on the same.
- We can offer Store Credits (that can be used on our website until 1 year) with a cancellation fee of INR 300 (Shipping Cost).
- There is No Refund on Cash on Delivery (COD), you are only eligible for exchange with another product of the same price.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take upto 15 working days time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@Junglecase.com
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over INR 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
